MJ-Series meter menggunakan multi-jet prinsip, yang telah menjadi standar yang diterima secara internasional selama bertahun-tahun. Electromagnetic Flowmeter
ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METERS Magnetic flowmeter atau Electomagnetic flow meter atau sering disebut magmeter merupakan jenis flow meter yang tidak mempunyai bagian yang bergerak ( moving part) . Magnetic flow meter ini sangat ideal jika digunakan untuk pengukuran aliran fluida yang tidak homogen, cairan yang kotor, cairan yang mengandung lumpur atau untuk cairan limbah ataupun air intake, air bahan baku, air dari waduk atau sungai yang banyak mengandung kotoran atau sampah ( plastik, rumput atayupun lainnya) , sehinga cukup cocok digunakan untuk flow meter limbah. Magmeter atau electromagnetic flow meter ini hanya bisa digunakan pada aplikasi air ( water) yang mempunyai konduktifitas tertentu, sesuai dengan aturan yang disyaratkan masing manufacture flowmeter electromagnetic. Secara umum magnetic flowmeter tidak berfungsi pada fluida hidrokarbon dan air suling ( distilled water / demin water) , namun ideal untuk mengukur aliran cairan seperti slurry dan material korosif.seperti pada proses chemical ataupun minuman maupun cairan air yang kental seperti kecap, sauce, syrup dan lainnya.
Flowmeter electromagnetic ini sangat cocok digunakan pada sistem aliran yang menyaratkan pressure drop yang sangat rendah. Prinsip kerja Electromagnetic flow meter jenis ini didasarkan pada hukum induksi elektromagnetik ( Faraday’ s Law) , yaitu bila suatu fluida konduktif elektrik melewati pipa sensor elecromagnetic, maka fluida akan bekerja sebagai konduktor yang bergerak memotong medan magnet yang dibangkitkan oleh kumparan magnetic dari sensor / transducer, sehingga timbul tegangan listrik induksi.
Jenis Electromagnetic Flow Meter
Electromagnetic flow meter jika dilihat dari jenis installasinya terdapat dua jenis yaitu :
1. In Line Model Magnetic flow meters
Electromagnetic flowmeter jenis In Line ini dasarnya adalah meletakan sensor atau tranducer yang mempunyai kemampuan menimbulkan medan magnet yang berupa electrode yang diperkuat dengan kumparan ( coil electric ) disekeliling pipa dengan pemasangan electrode letaknya berseberangan disisi kanan dan kiri dari body pipa. Electromagnetic flow meter ini mempunyai tingkat akurasi yang cukup bagus dan bisa hingga 0.2% untuk model tertentu.
2. Insertion Model Magnetic Flow Meter
Electromagnetic Flow Meter Jenis Insertion dilakukan dengan cara menyisipkan ( Insertion) coil electric kedalam pipa yang akan diukur flow rate nya dengan memasang electrode di ujungnya. Jenis Insertion electromagnetic flow meter ini cocok jika digunakan untuk ukuran pipa yang menengah keatas. Mengenai harga dari insertion electromagnetic flow meter ini akan lebih rendah jika diaplikasikan pada pipa dengan ukuran besar.
MFI Insertion Mass Flow Meters
MFI series insertion mass flow meters are designed for gas monitoring and control in a large pipe line where installation of an in-line flow meter is either difficult or costly. The insertion meters are equipped with a self-sealed valve and hence provide a solution that only requires minimal interruption to the normal working circumstance. EE46 Condensation Monitor/ Dewpoint Monitor
EE46 condensation monitor is used for detecting the danger of condensation on pipes, ducts and other surfaces before condensation actually occurs. The device measures the relative humidity at the surface to be monitored and provides an early warning signal ( relay) when the humidity reaches 90% RH. The signal can be used for initiating control steps such as increasing the water temperature in a chilled ceiling, reducing the cooling capacity or switching on the heating. EE220 Humidity/ Temperature Transmitter with Exchangeable Sensors
Specific for the humidity / temperature EE220 are the interchangeable sensing probes EE07 or EE03 with connectors.
The calibration data is stored in the probes, which are interchangeable and therefore probe replacement does not affect the performance of the EE220.
