 Model 5100 Series Mass Flow Controller/Meter features weldless structure, metal seals, accurac y of ≤±1%, re-sponse of ≤±1 second and other basic performance con-ditions required for semiconductor process control, and additionally, has achieved a significant price reduction.

Features

-High accuracy and high response are achieved by the flow sen-sor with temperature-  following current difference detection.

-A normally-closed solenoid valve is employed.
-A low leak rate is achieved by the weldless structure and metalseal.
-The dead volume is reduced thanks to the diaphragm seat valve.
-The face-to-face and body dimensions and the wiring tie-inpoints are designed to  facilitate replacement of devices made by other companies.

Because a differential input system in used for the product, pin 4 (power source COM) and pin 7 (flow outpum COM) are connected inside the mass flow controller while pin 8 (flow input Lo) is isolated. In case of a single-ended connection , connect pin 8 to pin 4

MODEL CR-400
The CR-400 readout unit, when connected to your mass flow control-ler or meter with a cable, provides the key mass flow functions, such as flow measurement and control as well as cumulative flow calcula-tions and flow event outputs. This readout unit offers RS-485 commu-nications capability, so multiple readout units can be controlled online by a host computer. * The CR-400 is fully compatible in size with the CR-300.

Coriolis Mass Flowmeter AMF008(TL4I)
Coriolis mass flowmeter is developed according to the principle of coriolis mass flowmeter, it can be directly measure parameters such as mass flow , density and temperature. Product Information
AMF series Coriolis meter's mass flow can yield up to 0.15% accuracy. It is incredibly accurate and excellent repetition. And allows you as producer to make consistency and repeatability of batches.
Direct mass flow. Do not lose the accuracy by measurement of T, P, Z &ρand Volume conversion.
It can measure more than one variate in the tube. Such as mass flow, volume flow, density, concentration, temperature and viscosity.
It's lower maintenance. There is no moving parts in Coriolis meter and no impellers and obstructions in the line. So, There is no movement and wearing mar. The meter's last forever.
Measure high viscosity and non- Newtonian fluid, besides homogeneous fluid, not only single phase fluid can be measured, but also homogeneous multi- phase fluid.
Good antiseptic property, various common corrosion fluids can be measured.

Installation

Installation Instruction
a. The flowmeter shall be installed firmly and mounted on the support frame, and no obvious vibration source is allowed in the installation area. The ambient temperature shall be in the range of -25℃ to +55℃, and effective measures shall be taken for rain-proof and water-proof. 
b. In case the measured medium is gas, please refer to article “installation type” for recommended installation type.
3.In case the measured medium is liquid, please refer to “installation type” for recommended installation type.
c. The wiring terminal of the transmitter is in the wiring chamber of the transmitter, the wiring terminal can be seeing when the wiring cover of the transmitter is open.
Installation Methods
a. When measure gas: horizontal upwards or vertical, horizontal upwards refers to the meter tube (inside the housing) should be located upward, and upside-down is forbidden. 
b. When measure liquid: horizontal downwards or vertical, horizontal downwards refers to the meter tube (inside the housing) should be located downward, and upside-down is forbidden.
